Username/Password

I tried to connecte to "fidelity investment" on via money
2003. I go to the option to setup the webconnect or
whatever its called. I entered my username and password in
which money comes back and says to check. I know for sure
it is the correct one since i went to the physical web
address and it worked. Is there any setting i'm missing or
steps i should take.
